The posting

Reporting to the Intelligent Automation Manager, you will shape and scale Conagra Brands’ enterprise intelligent automation and generative AI strategy. You will provide technical leadership that goes beyond solution delivery, influencing architecture, mentoring engineers, and driving the adoption of advanced automation and AI capabilities across the organization.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise copilots, chatbots, and AI assistants using Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform.
  • Define and evolve prompt engineering standards, embedding strategies, and retrieval‑augmented generation architectures for production use.
  • Architect secure integrations between large language models and enterprise data sources through APIs, connectors, Microsoft Graph, and governed knowledge repositories.
  • Design and oversee intelligent automation solutions using Power Automate, UiPath, and Logic Apps to ensure scalability and resiliency.
  • Orchestrate complex automation flows incorporating AI insights, business rules, and human‑in‑the‑loop decision steps.
  • Create and maintain reusable frameworks, templates, accelerators, and connectors to enable rapid delivery across teams.
  • Serve as a technical advisor to process owners, translating complex business needs into robust intelligent automation solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers, COE champions, and power users, including reviewing designs and code for quality and best practices.
  • Lead governance for Microsoft Power Platform and UiPath environments, including data‑loss‑prevention policies, ALM pipelines, CI/CD, tenant administration, and environment strategy.
  • Ensure solutions meet or exceed security, compliance, responsible AI, and performance standards.
  • Drive proof‑of‑concept efforts and pilot solutions into production‑ready implementations.
  • Contribute to and maintain enterprise documentation, playbooks, architectural standards, and internal training materials.
  • Collaborate with vendors and strategic partners to evaluate tools, influence product roadmaps, and maximize platform value.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

  • BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, automation, or applied AI engineering.

  • Experience with UiPath RPA development and administration (cloud and on-premises).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, C#, Terraform, or TypeScript.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
