Die Conaxess Trade Switzerland AG ist seit über 45 Jahren im Schweizer Distributionsgeschäft. Wir vertreten die Kategorien Lebensmittel, Süsswaren, Getränke und erreichen mehr als 8 Millionen Konsumenten über unsere Kanäle im Detailhandel, Grosshandel, Convenience und Food Service. Am Standort in Neuendorf beschäftigen wir mehr als 50 engagierte und hochqualifizierte Mitarbeitende. Für unsere Business Unit Kellogg suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung DICH als neues Teammitglied!

AUFGABEN, die DIR gefallen werden:

  • Betreuung der Verkaufsstellen im definierten Gebiet (Bern, Teilgebiet Seeland, Berner Oberland, Teilgebiet Wallis)
  • Umsetzung von Vorverkäufen, Aktivitäten und Promotionen bei Migros, Coop sowie im Abholgrosshandel
  • Platzierung sowie Aufstellung von Display’s und anderen Werbematerialien am 2\. POS
  • Planung und Organisation von Degustationen (keine persönliche Teilnahme)
  • Warenpräsentation am Verkaufspunkt / Merchandising sowie FiFo Kontrollen
  • Aktive Marktbearbeitung
  • Konkurrenzbeobachtung am Markt sowie regelmässiges Reporting an Vorgesetzten
  • Arbeits\- und Tourenplanung
  • Verantwortung für eigenes Aussendienstlager in Muri BE
  • Teilnahme an regionalen und nationalen Sales Meetings
  • Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten ( Erstellung Reportings, Erstellung von Preisvergleichen, Erstellung Wochensummary, POS Materialverwaltung)

VORAUSSETZUNGEN, die DU mitbringst:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufslehre im Detailhandel oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Position oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Abteilungsleiter im Detailhandel
  • Kenntnisse des Detailhandel Schweiz
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch, gute mündliche Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute MS\-Office Kenntnisse, AX Dynamics von Vorteil
  • Führerausweis B
  • Freude an den Produkten von Kellogg’s sowie Pringles
  • Verkaufstalent mit Netzwerkerfähigkeiten
  • Selbständigkeit, Selbstorganisation, Durchsetzungsvermögen, unternehmerisches Denken, Belastbarkeit, Eigenmotivation, selbstsicheres Auftreten, gepflegte Erscheinung
