Vi har fart på hos Concept Biler. Vi rekrutterer nye kollegaer til vores virksomhed, og lige nu søger vi en kundemodtager/indskriver til vores stærke eftermarkeds team.

Du bliver en del af et professionelt Bilhus med mangeartede og spændende opgaver i de mest moderne faciliteter.

Hos os er der plads til at arbejde selvstændigt, så længe kvalitet og kundeservice står øverst på tavlen.

Det forventer vi af dig:

  • Du er uddannet inden for bilbranchen og har erfaring fra lignende job (gerne med BMW og MINI), men ikke et ”must”
  • Du kan bevare overblikket i stressede situationer, er loyal og pligtopfyldende
  • Du er udadvendt og serviceminded
  • Du kender betydningen af god service og vejen til optimale løsninger
  • Du arbejder meget struktureret med udpræget ordenssans
  • Du behersker engelsk på brugerniveau

Dine arbejdsopgaver:

  • Kundemodtagelse og ekspedition af værkstedskunder
  • Booking af arbejdsordrer samt ordreforberedelse
  • Planlægning af arbejdsopgaver på værksted og pladeværksted samt logistik af låne/lejebiler
  • Fakturering af arbejdsordrer, afregning af garanti sager samt håndtering af reklamationer

Det tilbyder vi:

  • Du kommer til at arbejde sammen med nogle af de dygtigste og kompetente kollegaer.

Blandt meget andet også et dækhotel, en skånsom vaskehal med Svanemærkede vaskeprodukter samt en klargøringsafdeling med professionel rengøring og coating af biler.

Lagerekspedition med originale BMW og MINI reservedele samt Lifestyle produkter.
