Description de tâches:Food Hall - Cuisinier de production (H/F/X)TASTE est un concept innovant au sein du complexe GRIDX à Wickrange alliant Food hall et gastronomie contemporaine.En rejoignant notre entreprise, vous intégrez un groupe en pleine croissance, fort de valeurs humaines, d'un esprit d'équipe dynamique et d'une véritable passion pour la gastronomie.Cette opportunité unique va vous permettre d'évoluer dans un environnement créatif, exigeant et inspirant.Dans le cadre du renforcement de notre équipe, nous sommes à la recherche de cuisinier de production (H/F/X).Vos responsabilités:• Exécuter les productions culinaires selon les fiches techniques et en respectant les critères de qualité imposés.• Gérer les commandes et assurer le respect des plannings de production.• Veiller à une utilisation optimale des ingrédients pour minimiser le gaspillage alimentaire.• Assurer une organisation impeccable de votre poste de travail et contribuer à la bonne gestion du service en cuisine.• Respecter strictement les normes d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire à toutes les étapes de la production.Les compétences requises:• Vous avez au moins 4 ans d'expérience en tant que cuisinier de production ou dans un rôle similaire.• Brevet de maîtrise traiteur ou formation équivalente appréciée.• Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et faites preuve d'une grande capacité d'adaptation en cuisine.• Vous maîtrisez les techniques culinaires et l'utilisation des matériels spécifiques de production ainsi qu'en évènementiel.• Vous avez une parfaite connaissance des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité en cuisine.• Vous êtes bilingue en français et en anglais, un atout pour une communication fluide au sein de l'équipe.Ce que nous vous proposons:• Un contrat à durée indéterminée, garantissant une stabilité et une sécurité professionnelle.• Une organisation de travail avec des horaires en continu du matin, avec 2 jours de repos.• Des avantages groupe attractifs, à découvrir en détail sur notre site.• Des programmes de formation sur mesure, pour développer vos compétences et accompagner votre progression.• De réelles perspectives d'évolution avec des opportunités de carrière au sein de notre entreprise.
