Description de tâches:Jane - Runneur (H/F/X)À propos de JaneJane est un restaurant européen moderne, à la cuisine authentique et à l'esprit convivial.Inspirés par l'hospitalité intemporelle, nous réunissons une cuisine soignée, de grands vins et une atmosphère chaleureuse et élégante.Jane est situé au sein de GRID X, une nouvelle destination multi-expérientielle à Wickrange.En nous rejoignant, vous faites partie d'un groupe en pleine croissance, fondé sur des valeurs humaines, un esprit d'équipe dynamique et une véritable passion pour la gastronomie.C'est une opportunité unique d'évoluer dans un environnement créatif, exigeant et inspirant.Votre rôleEn tant que Runner, vous êtes le lien entre la cuisine et la salle, garantissant un flux de service fluide et harmonieux.Vous apportez énergie, rapidité et précision à chaque service, en soutenant l'équipe pour offrir une expérience client fluide et de haut niveau.Vous êtes essentiel au rythme du restaurant — organisé, fiable et toujours un pas en avance.Date de début prévue: mi-octobre Responsabilités• Assurer la livraison rapide et précise des plats entre la cuisine et les tables• Maintenir une excellente communication entre les équipes de cuisine et de service• Aider les serveurs pendant le service (débarrasser et redresser les tables efficacement)• Anticiper les besoins de l'équipe et contribuer à la fluidité du service• Manipuler assiettes, verres et plateaux avec soin et professionnalisme• Veiller à ce que le passe soit bien organisé et que les commandes soient correctement priorisées• Participer à la mise en place et aux tâches de fin de service• Maintenir la propreté et respecter les normes d'hygiène en permanence• Apporter une attitude positive, proactive et un esprit d'équipe à chaque service Profil recherché• Une expérience similaire est un atout, mais la motivation et l'énergie comptent avant tout• Esprit d'équipe, fiabilité et sens du détail• Rapide, organisé(e) et capable de gérer la pression en période de forte affluence• Attitude chaleureuse et professionnelle, avec un véritable sens de l'hospitalité• Curieux(se) de gastronomie et désireux(se) d'apprendre auprès des équipes de salle et de cuisine• Maîtrise du français ou de l'anglais (langues supplémentaires appréciées)• Connaissance des normes HACCP et des bonnes pratiques d'hygièneCe que nous offrons• CDI à temps plein• Deux jours de congé consécutifs par semaine• Avantages attractifs au sein du groupe• Programme d'intégration et de formation personnalisé• Opportunités d'évolution au sein d'un groupe hôtelier et gastronomique tourné vers l'avenir
