Chaque jour, nous accueillons nos clients avec authenticité, exigence et une envie constante de faire évoluer notre métier.Rejoindre Concept&Partners, c'est intégrer une entreprise où l'humain est au cœur de nos priorités, portée par des valeurs fortes : passion, esprit d'équipe, rigueur et développement.Dans le cadre de l'ouverture d'un nouveau restaurant situé dans l'Est du Luxembourg, nous recherchons notre futur(e) Assistant Manager de restaurant (H/F/X).Vos missions principales :· Collaborer étroitement avec le Manager et assurer son relais en son absence.· Participer à la gestion quotidienne du restaurant en veillant au bon déroulement des opérations.· Superviser les équipes sur le terrain et garantir un service de qualité en occupant un rôle de chef de rang.· Assurer une excellente expérience client en veillant au respect des standards de l'établissement.· Participer à l'élaboration des plannings et contribuer à une organisation optimale des équipes.· Assurer le suivi administratif, la bonne gestion des flux de caisse et le respect des procédures internes.· Contribuer à la mise en place d'actions commerciales et d'initiatives visant à développer les performances du restaurant.· Maîtriser l'offre de restauration afin de conseiller les clients et d'accompagner efficacement les équipes.· Veiller au respect des normes d'hygiène, de sécurité alimentaire et des procédures en vigueur.Votre profil :· Vous justifiez d'une première expérience réussie dans un poste d'encadrement en restauration ou d'une solide expérience en tant que chef de rang souhaitant évoluer vers le management.· Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre sens du service, votre organisation et votre implication sur le terrain.· Vous faites preuve de leadership et savez fédérer les équipes autour d'un objectif commun.· Vous possédez d'excellentes qualités relationnelles et appréciez le travail en équipe.· Vous êtes rigoureux(se), autonome et capable de gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément.· Vous maîtrisez les normes d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire.· Vous parlez impérativement l'allemand ou le luxembourgeois.Ce que nous vous proposons :· Un contrat à durée indéterminée, garantissant stabilité et sécurité professionnelle.· L'opportunité de participer à l'ouverture d'un nouvel établissement et de contribuer à son développement.· Des avantages groupe attractifs, à découvrir sur notre site.· Des programmes de formation adaptés à votre évolution.· De réelles perspectives de carrière au sein d'un groupe en pleine croissance.Vous vous reconnaissez dans cette offre ?N'attendez plus et rejoignez Concept&Partners pour participer à cette nouvelle aventure dans l'Est du Luxembourg !
