Seu trabalho é focado em oferecer orientações sobre os serviços, espaços do local e fechando vendas dos serviços e produtos da Velar SP.

Oferecemos treinamento.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Experiência com atendimento ao público e vendas;
  • Boa comunicação, empatia e equilíbrio emocional;
  • Disponibilidade para atuar em escala ou plantões (incluindo fins de semana e feriados).

  • Realizar o atendimento presencial e telefônico às famílias enlutadas, oferecendo suporte, orientações e acolhimento durante todo o processo;
  • Prestar atendimento humanizado, com postura ética, empática e respeitosa;
  • Apresentar e comercializar jazigos, urnas e serviços cemiteriais, auxiliando na escolha conforme as necessidades da família;
  • Organizar e acompanhar os trâmites administrativos (documentação, registros e liberações);
  • Manter o controle das informações em sistema interno;
  • Apoiar na coordenação das cerimônias e no contato com os setores envolvidos;
