Looking for a flexible nursing opportunity that allows you to earn additional income without committing to traditional bedside shifts?

Concierge Care is seeking experienced, dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to perform in-home client assessments throughout Ocala and surrounding communities.

This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who enjoy working independently, applying their clinical assessment skills, and helping seniors receive quality, personalized home care.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-person assessments in clients' homes
  • Evaluate clients' health, mobility, functional abilities, and personal care needs
  • Identify safety concerns and changes in condition
  • Document findings accurately and promptly
  • Communicate assessment results to the care team
  • Assist with individualized care planning

Required Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a home care setting
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Current automobile insurance
  • Home health, senior care, or community nursing experience preferred
  • Ability to meet applicable background screening and employment requirements
