Senior Caregiver – Lisle, IL | Day & Evening Shifts

Open Arms Solutions | Lisle, Naperville & Nearby Communities

Open Arms Solutions is seeking an experienced, reliable, and compassionate Senior Caregiver for a one-on-one home care assignment in Lisle, Illinois.

This opportunity is ideal for caregivers who enjoy supporting seniors with daily activities and want to work a defined daytime or evening schedule. We welcome applicants with professional experience in senior care, home care, personal care, assisted living, or related caregiving settings—including those with CNA, HHA, or DSP backgrounds.

Work close to home: This assignment is located in Lisle, with applicants from Naperville, Woodridge, Downers Grove, Darien, Warrenville, and nearby areas encouraged to apply.

Available Shifts

Weekday and weekend opportunities:

  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Please apply if you are available for one of these shifts and can reliably commute to the Lisle assignment.

Your Role in Providing Quality Care

As a caregiver, you’ll help the client maintain comfort, dignity, and safety at home. Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs
  • Support mobility and activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Prepare meals and encourage adequate hydration
  • Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
  • Complete light housekeeping related to the client’s care
  • Observe and report changes in the client’s condition
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful care environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • At least 1 year of professional senior caregiving experience within the past 2 years
  • Reliable transportation to the Lisle, IL assignment
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Dependable, patient, and committed to providing quality care

Experience as a Caregiver, Personal Care Assistant, HHA, CNA, DSP, or in a similar role is welcome. CNA certification is not required for this caregiver position.
