Concierge Care is seeking professional, dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to conduct in-home client assessments in Gainesville and surrounding communities.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced RN who enjoys working independently, meeting with clients in their homes, and helping ensure seniors receive appropriate, personalized care.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Home Assessment RN, you will:

  • Conduct in-person assessments in clients' homes
  • Evaluate clients' general health, functional abilities, and personal care needs
  • Review mobility, safety concerns, and daily living requirements
  • Identify changes in condition or care needs
  • Document assessment findings accurately and promptly
  • Communicate relevant findings and recommendations to the care team
  • Help support individualized home care planning

Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and professionally in clients' homes
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
  • Ability to meet applicable employment and background screening requirements
  • Home health, senior care, or community nursing experience preferred
