Als werkstudent Interne Communicatie help jij mee om collega's binnen Conclusion Intelligence met elkaar te verbinden. Je weet hoe je mensen met de juiste verhalen en een slimme inzet van communicatiekanalen informeert én enthousiasmeert.

Of het nu gaat om een artikel over een interview met een collega, een verslag van een intern evenement of communicatie rondom een strategisch thema: jij vertaalt ontwikkelingen naar aansprekende content die past bij onze organisatie en ambities.

In deze rol ga je actief de organisatie in om verhalen op te halen bij collega's uit verschillende teams. Je ondersteunt bij het schrijven, redigeren en publiceren van nieuwsberichten, interviews, MT-updates, klantverhalen, projectresultaten en communicatie rondom interne initiatieven en evenementen. Daarnaast help je bij het beheren en verder ontwikkelen van onze interne communicatiekanalen, waaronder het intranet.

Je vindt het bovendien leuk om te kijken wat interne communicatie oplevert. Je analyseert welke items goed worden gelezen, welke onderwerpen aanspreken en waar kansen liggen om onze interne communicatie verder te verbeteren. Op basis van data, inzichten en jouw eigen ideeën denk je mee over de contentkalender en de doorontwikkeling van onze interne communicatie.

Als werkstudent krijg je veel eigen verantwoordelijkheid, maar word je natuurlijk begeleid door het marketing- en communicatieteam. Je werkt samen met de manager marketing & communicatie, senior marketing manager a.i., digital content marketeer en de grafisch vormgever. Samen zorgen we ervoor dat iedere uiting bijdraagt aan een organisatie waarin collega's zich betrokken voelen, weten wat er speelt en trots zijn op wat we samen bereiken. Het is een klein, betrokken team met veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief.

Daarnaast maak je deel uit van het bredere marketing- en communicatienetwerk binnen Conclusion. Regelmatig komen de marcom-professionals uit het Conclusion-ecosysteem samen om kennis en ervaringen uit te wisselen, best practices te delen en elkaar verder te helpen. Zo krijg je de kans om van collega's uit verschillende organisaties te leren en nieuwe inzichten op te doen in dit vakgebied.

Jouw vaardigheden: (← dit niet weghalen!)

  • Je bent derde- of vierdejaars hbo- of wo-student Communicatie, Journalistiek of een vergelijkbare opleiding
  • Je bent 24 uur per week beschikbaar
  • Je schrijft foutloos Nederlands en hebt een goede beheersing van het Engels
  • Je hebt gevoel voor taal en weet complexe informatie helder en toegankelijk te maken
  • Je bent proactief, nieuwsgierig en stapt gemakkelijk op collega's af om informatie op te halen
  • Je hebt affiniteit met interne communicatie, employee engagement en storytelling
  • Je denkt graag mee over hoe interne communicatie en kanalen, slimmer en gebruiksvriendelijker kunnen worden ingericht
  • Je hebt ervaring met of een sterke interesse in CMS- en designtools zoals WordPress, Adobe en Canva
  • Je hebt ervaring met AI-tooling om je werk nóg beter te maken
