Bij Conclusion Mission Critical krijg je een baan met inhoud. Je zorgt onder andere voor;

  • begeleiding en sturing van projecten op het gebied infra, netwerk en de cloud;
  • begrip van en samenwerking met maatschappijkritische klanten;
  • het kunnen inschatten van risico's en de juiste resources aanhaken om deze in te perken.

Hoe dit er concreet uitziet?

Als Projectmanager bij Conclusion Mission Critical ben je de schakel tussen klantvraag en resultaat. Denk aan projecten die direct bijdragen aan de beschikbaarheid van vitale infrastructuur, veiligheid, zorg of mobiliteit.

Vanaf het allereerste klantcontact ben je betrokken: je denkt mee over de behoefte, helpt bij het scherpstellen van de scope en werkt mee aan een onderbouwde offerte. Vervolgens zorg jij ervoor dat afgesproken resultaten ook echt worden gerealiseerd: op tijd, binnen budget en van hoge kwaliteit.

In de praktijk werk je aan meerdere projecten tegelijkertijd bij één of meerdere klanten, vaak binnen overheids- of publieke domeinen. Je hebt wekelijks vaste overlegmomenten met je klant(en), waarin je de voortgang bespreekt, knelpunten oplost en steeds weer bijdraagt aan het verbeteren van hun dienstverlening.

Je staat er niet alleen voor: je bent onderdeel van een professioneel en hecht projectmanagementteam dat elkaar actief ondersteunt. Samen bouwen we aan oplossingen die echt het verschil maken voor Nederland.

Jouw vaardigheden:

  • Je begrijpt het spanningsveld tussen de run voor mission critical en de deadlines voor projecten.
  • Hands-on mentaliteit en je bent niet te beroerd om administratieve zaken zelf op te pakken.
  • Voldoende kennis van de techniek om reële voorspellingen te doen over complexiteit, risico's en impact.
  • Je kunt schakelen met infra/netwerk architecten die vanuit de opdrachtgever een belangrijke rol hebben omtrent de besluitvorming.
  • Commerciële vaardigheden: je snapt hoe een offerte en pricing opgesteld wordt.
  • Sterke relatiemanagement vaardigheden, met name richting klant.
  • Projectmanagement ervaring in een agile werkomgeving waar je afstemming zoekt met Product Owners.
  • Kennis van en affiniteit met Gen-AI is een sterke pré. We zoeken collega’s die nieuwsgierig zijn naar nieuwe technologieën en de potentie van AI weten te vertalen naar slimme IT-oplossingen.
