Senior Database Engineer (Oracle/PostgreSQL), 80–100 % ========================================================

Das erwartet dich

  • Du verantwortest gemeinsam mit dem Team den stabilen Betrieb, das Engineering und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Oracle\- und PostgreSQL\-Datenbankplattform sowohl im Daily Business als auch in Projekten und Releases.
  • Du arbeitest an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Datenbank\- und Data\-Warehouse\-Plattformen, bei der Migration von Oracle nach PostgreSQL und beim Ausbau unserer Datenbankplattformen in der Azure Cloud.
  • Du unterstützt das Team bei der Automatisierung, Performance\-Analyse, Scripting, Monitoring und Logging.
  • Infrastructure as Code ist fester Bestandteil unserer Arbeitsweise: Du entwickelst unsere Automatisierung und Infrastruktur\-Standards aktiv weiter. Gemeinsam treiben wir Themen wie deklarative Infrastruktur, versionierte Changes und reproduzierbare Deployments voran – mit Tools wie Ansible, Terraform und CI/CD Pipelines.
  • Du unterstützt die Weiterentwicklung unseres Data Warehouse mit GoldenGate und DataHub und trägst dazu bei, manuelle Prozesse weiter zu automatisieren.
  • Austausch und Weiterentwicklung sind uns wichtig: Du hast regelmässig die Möglichkeit, User Groups und Hersteller\-Events zu besuchen.
  • Dich erwartet ein starkes Team: 3 weitere DBAs und 8 Linux Engineers arbeiten mit engem technischem Austausch und kurzen Entscheidungswegen zusammen.
  • Wir sprechen CH\-Mundart \& Deutsch und sind mindestens 3 Tage pro Woche im Büro Luzern.
  • Du arbeitest in einem selbstorganisierten Umfeld mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum, Flexibilität, Eigenverantwortung und Vertrauen.

Das bringst du mit

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Betrieb und Engineering von Oracle oder PostgreSQL Datenbanken. * Begeisterung für moderne Plattform\- und Cloud\-Technologien. * Erfahrung in der Automatisierung (z. B. Bash, , Ansible) und Freude daran, Dinge nachhaltig zu verbessern. * Eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und ein hoher Qualitätsanspruch. * Analytisches Denken, konzeptionelle Stärke und eine lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise. * Informatikausbildung oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung. * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Firmensprache) sowie die Fähigkeit, englische Dokumentationen sicher zu verstehen.   • Erfahrung mit Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD und deklarativen Systemen.
  • Automatisierung mit Ansible Automation Platform, GitHub Actions oder Chef.
  • Infrastruktur\-Provisionierung mit Terraform (On\-Prem \& Azure).
