Du bist in der Datenwelt zu Hause und übernimmst gerne das Ruder? Bei uns versorgst du die CONCORDIA mit den wichtigsten analytischen Daten aus unserem Kernsystem. Als zentrale Schlüsselstelle im Team übernimmst du Verantwortung für die Betreuung des DWH.

Das erwartet dich ###

  • DWH Operations & Weiterentwicklung: Du bist mitverantwortlich für die Wartung, Optimierung und den Ausbau unseres Inhouse-Datawarehouses und stellst unseren Fach-Stakeholdern die relevanten Daten zuverlässig zur Verfügung.
  • Kernsystem-Fokus: Dabei tauchst du tief in unsere wichtigsten Datenwelten ein und bewegst dich hauptsächlich im Bereich unserer Kernsystem- (Adcubum Syrius) und CRM-Daten.
  • Datenmodellierung: Du pflegst und entwickelst unsere relationalen Datenmodelle kontinuierlich weiter und wendest dabei bewährte Konzepte wie das Star Schema oder Snowflake souverän an.
  • Schnittstellenfunktion & Koordination: Du arbeitest partnerschaftlich mit unserem externen Entwicklerteam und internen Projekten zusammen und übernimmst dabei eine zentrale, verbindende Schnittstellenfunktion.
  • Crewübergreifende Zusammenarbeit: Du agierst nicht im Silo, sondern tauschst dich eng mit anderen IT-Crews, Data Scientists und den Fachbereichen aus, um gemeinsam erfolgreiche datengetriebene Lösungen zu entwickeln.

Das bringst du mit ###

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Fachausbildung mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung.
  • Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit SQL (PLSQL), relationalen Datenbanken und zugehörigen Technologien (z.B. Oracle Golden Gate, Oracle Data Integrator).
  • Du bist bereit, dir fachliche Zusammenhänge anzueignen und bestehende DB-Strukturen zu analysieren.
  • Dich zeichnen eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein aus. Deine Arbeitsweise ist kundenorientiert sowie lösungsorientiert und du übernimmst im Projekt gerne Verantwortung.
  • Als Teamplayer bist du motiviert Veränderungen anzugehen und Neues dazu zu lernen.
  • CI/CD und GitHub/Gitlab sind dir kein Fremdwort und gehören zu deinem Arbeitsalltag.
  • Pluspunkte: Gute Englischkenntnisse sowie erste Erfahrungen mit Cloud-Umgebungen und modernen Data-Engineering-Technologien (z.B. dbt, Spark).
