  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day running of the Editor’s office, including processing expenses, coordinating international and domestic travel arrangements, and managing general administrative duties.
  • Editorial & Administrative Support: Provide high-level support for editorial meetings, including documentation, preparation of materials, and follow-ups. Assist with internal and external communications on behalf of the Editor.

  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including a professional telephone manner and the ability to draft clear correspondence.
  • Mindset: Proactive, solutions-oriented, and calm under pressure. You possess a "can-do" mentality and the ability to adapt quickly as priorities change. Confidence and enthusiasm balanced by humility and willingness to learn.
  • Professionalism: High level of emotional intelligence, sound judgement, and discretion, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in G-Suite and general office administrative tools.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
