Deine Aufgaben

  • HR-Reporting & Business Intelligence: Du entwickelst unser HR-Kennzahlensystem weiter und erstellst aussagekräftige Reports und Dashboards auf Basis unserer HR-Systeme, z. B. Personio, Sage und Atoss.
  • Personal- und Kapazitätsplanung: Du baust eine integrierte Personal- und Kapazitätsplanung auf und entwickelst sie kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Personalkostencontrolling: Du erstellst Personalkosten-Forecasts, führst Soll-Ist- sowie Abweichungsanalysen durch und unterstützt eine vorausschauende Kostensteuerung.
  • Management-Support: Du bereitest HR-Daten verständlich auf, erstellst Ad-hoc-Analysen und leitest daraus Entscheidungsvorlagen für die Personalleitung und Geschäftsführung ab.
  • People Analytics & Projekte: Du arbeitest an der Weiterentwicklung unseres HR-Bereichs mit und bringst Deine Ideen bei Projekten rund um People Analytics und den Einsatz von KI ein.

Dein Profil

  • Studium: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsmathematik) mit Schwerpunkt HR / Controlling oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit exzellentem Zahlen- und Systemverständnis.
  • Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige fundierte Praxis im reinen Personalcontrolling, im HR-DataManagement oder in einer vergleichbaren datengetriebenen HR-Funktion eines mittelständischen Industrie- oder Produktionsunternehmens.
  • System- & Tool-Know-how: Erfahrung im Umgang mit HR-Systemen und der Konsolidierung von Personaldaten. Außerdem hast Du Interesse an BI-Tools und modernen Technologien, insbesondere im Bereich KI.
  • Persönlichkeit & Kompetenz: Starke konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, um Strukturen von Null aufzubauen, kombiniert mit hoher Diskretion im Umgang mit sensiblen Daten und der Stärke, Daten zielgruppengerecht auf Augenhöhe mit dem Management zu kommunizieren.
