  • Coordinate user onboarding, identity and access management, role-based access, authentication, and application provisioning in partnership with security and application administrators.
  • Support user-access reviews, audit readiness, compliance activities, and operational evidence collection related to EDW support and access processes.
  • Monitor inbound and outbound data exchanges, coordinating resolution of file delivery, connectivity, data-processing, integration, and vendor-related issues.
  • Partner with customer project, contract, security, technical, and business stakeholders on operational reporting, SLA performance, issue resolution, risk management, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain disciplined use of Azure DevOps, SharePoint, and approved systems of record to support traceability of requests, documentation, decisions, and operational evidence.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience managing multi-channel user support, incident management, service request management, escalation, SLA monitoring, and customer communications.
  • Experience coordinating support across technical teams, business users, external vendors, and customers in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Experience managing vendor dependencies, third-party integrations, operational escalations, and data-exchange/interface support.
  • Experience with enterprise ticketing/ITSM, collaboration, documentation, and reporting platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical and operational issues to users, vendors, technical teams, customers, and leadership.
  • Experience developing operational procedures, training materials, user documentation, knowledge articles, job aids, and performance reporting.
  • Knowledge of identity and access management, information security, audit readiness, documentation controls, and enterprise support processes.
  • Ability to analyze operational trends and recurring service issues, coordinate corrective actions, and improve service delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
