About Conduit

Conduit is an AI agent platform purpose-built for hospitality. Hotels, vacation rentals, and resorts deploy our agents across guest-facing communication and internal operations, running millions of workflows a day.

Hospitality is 10% of global GDP and it turns on customer experience. Resolving a guest request immediately is most of that experience, and resolving one means moving across several tools and between several people. That coordination is the work, and it is what our agents do.

Role: Account Executive

Short-term rental managers, hotel groups, and multi-property operators use Conduit to respond faster, convert more booking inquiries, and automate guest conversations across SMS, voice, OTA messaging, and web. Our strongest operators automate 95% of their guest messages.

The ICP, the messaging, the demo, and the deal structure already hold up. Your job is to run them hard, find where they break at higher volume, and fix that. You are early enough to shape how this org gets built, and there is a clear path to Enterprise AE or sales leadership as we scale.

What the work looks like

  • Run the full cycle. First touch through signature: inbound, outbound into named accounts, discovery, tailored demos, negotiation, close.
  • Run the playbook, then improve it. Once you are hitting quota with it, tell us where it is leaving money on the table.
  • Sell to operators, not to IT. Founders, COOs, heads of guest experience, and operations leaders. They are measured on occupancy and guest satisfaction, and they feel every missed inquiry.
  • Quantify the gap. Faster response on booking inquiries, higher reservation conversion, lower support overhead, measurable lift in revenue per property. Bring the math.
  • Make the demo specific. Diagnose the problem, show the fix, connected to their PMS. We do not run generic decks.
  • Build the territory. Map named accounts, prospect intelligently, and generate your own momentum instead of waiting for marketing.
  • Represent Conduit in the industry. Conferences, webinars, operator communities.

Who you are

  • A proven closer. Three to five years taking B2B deals from cold to closed, consistently at or above quota, comfortable with multi-stakeholder buying processes.
  • Fluent in hospitality, or fast enough to get there. Property management systems, OTA distribution, reservation flow, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and what it costs to staff guest support at scale.
  • Consultative and decisive. You run tight discovery, you control the call, and you turn operational pain into economic impact.
  • Comfortable without scaffolding. There is no enablement team writing your battlecards. You build what you need and share it.
  • Rigorous about your pipeline. Salesforce and modern sequencing tools. You prioritize with data and you forecast honestly.
  • Experience. 3 to 5 years closing B2B SaaS, hospitality tech strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

$180,000 to $200,000 OTE with uncapped commission, plus equity.
