Buscamos um(a) Estagiário(a) Comercial para atuar no suporte às atividades da equipe de vendas, contribuindo com o atendimento e acompanhamento dos clientes. O profissional será responsável por auxiliar nas rotinas comerciais, realizar lançamentos no sistema CRM, tirar pedidos e prestar atendimento por ligações, WhatsApp e e-mail. É uma oportunidade para desenvolver habilidades em vendas, relacionamento com clientes, organização e utilização de ferramentas comerciais

Bolsa: R$ 1.000

Horário: 09h ás 16h

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Estar cursando Administração, Gestão Comercial, Marketing ou áreas correlatas;
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Organização e atenção aos detalhes;
  • Conhecimento básico em informática;
  • Interesse pela área comercial e atendimento ao cliente;
  • Facilidade para utilização de sistemas e ferramentas digitais.

Responsabilidades Principais:

  • Prestar apoio ao time comercial de vendas nas atividades e rotinas do setor;
  • Realizar lançamentos e atualizações no sistema CRM;
  • Tirar e registrar pedidos de clientes;
  • Realizar atendimento ao cliente por ligação, WhatsApp e e-mail;
  • Fazer follow-up dos processos junto aos clientes e fornecedores, acompanhando prazos, solicitações e pendências;
  • Auxiliar no acompanhamento das demandas comerciais até sua conclusão;
  • Apoiar na organização das informações e documentos relacionados às vendas.
