The posting

  • Je coördineert de periodieke managementrapportering, forecast, de budgettering en de opmaak van het 3-jarenbusinessplan in samenwerking met het controllingteam.
  • Je treedt op als financiële sparringpartner voor collega’s en managers, adviseert bij strategische beslissingen en biedt begeleiding vanuit jouw expertise.
  • Je voert ad hoc investeringsanalyses uit voor projecten en beleidskeuzes, waarbij je rendement en risico scherp in kaart brengt.
  • Je analyseert data uit o.a. sales, events en venue-management en vertaalt deze naar relevante aanbevelingen.
  • Je volgt bestaande en nieuwe KPI’s op, implementeert verbeteringen en optimaliseert processen.
  • Je berekent commissies & bonusplannen en bent het aanspreekpunt voor het FP&A-systeem – je traint en ondersteunt collega’s in het gebruik hiervan.
  • Je werkt voornamelijk in Gent en Kortrijk, met occasioneel bezoek aan andere locaties in Vlaanderen.

Must haves:

  • Masterdiploma in een economische richting of gelijkwaardig door relevante werkervaring.
  • Minstens vijf jaar ervaring binnen audit/controlling en minstens twee jaar in een controllingfunctie binnen een bedrijfsomgeving.
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en de vaardigheid om complexe materie helder uit te leggen.
  • Vlot en diplomatisch communiceren met medewerkers en management, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
  • Geduld, nauwkeurigheid en een oplossingsgerichte aanpak; in staat het overzicht te bewaren.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels; professioneel gebruik van Excel.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Kennis van het Frans of andere talen.
  • Ervaring met FP&A-tools en rapportagesystemen.
  • Affiniteit met de eventsector of projectmatige omgevingen.
  • Proactief met veranderingsvoorstellen en digitale optimalisatie.
