The posting

  • Beheren van rapporteringen en bewaken van tijdige, correcte en betrouwbare data
  • Analyseren van resultaten, marges, trends en afwijkingen en vertalen naar duidelijke managementadviezen
  • Waarborgen van rapporteringscontinuïteit en ondersteunen van de maandafsluiting
  • Samenwerken met Finance, Sales en Operations aan het opstellen van budgetten en forecasts
  • Beantwoorden van datavragen en signaleren van risico’s en opportuniteiten voor rendabiliteit
  • Uitbouwen van Power BI-dashboards en vereenvoudigen van rapporterings- en controleprocessen
  • Begeleiden van automatiseringsprojecten en onderzoeken & implementeren van AI-toepassingen
  • Bijdragen aan digitalisering, continue procesverbetering en de financiële & analytische roadmap

Must haves:

  • Bachelor of master in Finance, Economie, Handelswetenschappen, Business Analytics, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Enkele jaren ervaring in een analytische financiële rol (pas afgestudeerden met sterke motivatie worden zeker ook aangemoedigd).
  • Uitstekende vaardigheid met Excel en Power BI.
  • Sterke basis in financiële analyses en rapportering.
  • Analytisch, kritisch en continu gericht op verbetering.
  • Goede communicator — je werkt graag samen over verschillende teams heen.
  • Vloeiende beheersing van Nederlands & Engels

Nice-to-haves:

  • Kennis van databanken, extra BI-tools of automatiseringstechnieken.
  • Affiniteit met digitalisering en innovatie in finance.
  • Ervaring met automatiserings- en AI-projecten.
  • Extra talenkennis (bijvoorbeeld Frans of Duits)
