The posting

  • Financiële rapportering: organiseren van een sterk afsluitproces en instaan voor maandelijkse, trimestriële en jaarlijkse rapportering, inclusief jaarrekening, btw-verplichtingen en auditvoorbereiding.
  • Business controlling: bewaken van de rendabiliteit per businessunit, productlijn, project en klant, met analyses van marges, kosten, bezettingsgraad en afwijkingen.
  • Budgettering en forecasting: trekken van het budgetproces, opvolgen van forecasts en analyseren van verschillen tussen budget en realisatie.
  • Treasury en administratie: beheren van liquiditeitsplanning, cashflow, betalingen, kredietbeheer, bankrelaties en algemene financiële administratie.
  • Aankoop- en kostenbeheer: uitbouwen van efficiënte aankoopprocessen, optimaliseren van leveranciersbeheer en ondersteunen van kostprijsberekeningen en onderhandelingen.
  • Compliance en interne controle: bewaken van interne controles, functiescheiding, fiscale verplichtingen, GDPR en de correcte rapportering rond wetgeving en subsidies.
  • Data en digitalisering: optimaliseren van rapporteringstools, datakwaliteit en master data management, en voorbereiden en begeleiden van een nieuw ERP/MES-traject.
  • Leidinggeven en integratie: aansturen en coachen van het finance- en administratieteam en harmoniseren van de financiële processen van verschillende organisaties.

Must haves

  • Masterdiploma in Finance, Economie, Accountancy of een aanverwante richting.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen finance, controlling of financieel management, met de ambitie om verder te groeien in verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Sterk analytisch inzicht en het vermogen om financiële cijfers te vertalen naar concrete businessinzichten.
  • Goede kennis van financiële rapportering, budgettering, forecasting en rendabiliteitsanalyses.
  • Sterke kennis van Excel en affiniteit met data en rapporteringstools.
  • Een ondernemende, gestructureerde en oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om mensen mee te nemen in veranderingen.
  • Een proactieve houding en de bereidheid om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen binnen een brede functie.

Nice to haves

  • Ervaring met Power BI, ERP-systemen of procesdigitalisering.
  • Kennis van boekhoudkundige afsluitingen, treasury, aankoopprocessen of interne controle.
  • Ervaring met change management, procesoptimalisatie of de implementatie van nieuwe bedrijfssystemen.
  • Ervaring met teamcoaching of het begeleiden van collega's.
  • Affiniteit met de sociale economie of organisaties met meerdere businessunits.
