ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Commercial Specialist will play a key role in supporting the execution of our commercial strategy across Touch (Content Service Provider) and ABOVE (Processing Lab).

This role is designed to assume day-to-day account management responsibilities, ensure consistent commercial follow-through, and drive structured revenue growth across assigned accounts.

By reinforcing the client-facing commercial function, this position will enable the Commercial & Growth Director to focus on strategic expansion, revenue acceleration, partnerships, and cross-company integration.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Account Ownership & Client Success

- Act as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned airline and media clients.

- Manage day-to-day commercial communications and follow-ups.

- Monitor contractual scope, renewals, and performance milestones.

- Ensure strong client satisfaction and proactive engagement.

- Revenue Growth & Optimization

- Develop and execute structured account growth plans.

- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Media and Digital services.

- Support pricing proposals and commercial negotiations.

- Track revenue performance against targets.

- Commercial Operations & Forecasting

- Support pipeline tracking and forecasting.

- Collaborate with Finance on revenue projections and budget alignment.

- Contribute to proposal preparation, pricing grids, and commercial documentation.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Act as commercial liaison between Product, Delivery, Finance, and Operations.

- Ensure alignment between client expectations and internal execution.

- Drive internal accountability and commercial visibility across departments.

ABOUT YOU:

- 3–4 years of experience in Account Management, Commercial Management, or B2B client-facing roles.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret pricing and revenue data.

- Experience managing multiple stakeholders.

- Proactive, structured, and commercially driven.

- Experience in aviation, media, digital services, or content distribution is a plus.

- Creativity and sales driven objectives, such as cross selling and upseeling.

- Fluent in English.
