Buscamos um(a) Analista Administrativo Pleno para atuar de forma próxima à operação, com foco nas rotinas de Departamento Pessoal, apoio às iniciativas de RH e organização das demandas administrativas. Procuramos uma pessoa organizada, proativa e comprometida, que goste de lidar com pessoas, tenha olhar atento aos detalhes e consiga conduzir suas atividades com autonomia, responsabilidade e discrição. Então essa vaga é para você!Responsabilidades e atribuições Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDepartamento Pessoal: conduzir processos admissionais, organizar contratos e documentos, apoiar desligamentos e conferir informações e cálculos enviados pela contabilidade. Controle de pessoal: acompanhar registros de ponto, banco de horas, férias, benefícios e exames ocupacionais, garantindo prazos e informações atualizadas. Atendimento aos colaboradores: esclarecer dúvidas, receber solicitações e orientar as equipes sobre procedimentos e políticas internas. Apoio a RH: participar da integração de novos funcionários, acompanhar necessidades das equipes e apoiar ações de RH e a comunicação entre colaboradores e gestão. Rotina administrativa: acompanhar demandas de compras, manutenção, documentos e controles internos, articulando as providências necessárias com as áreas responsáveis. Acompanhamento da operação: manter contato próximo com as equipes e visitar as unidades da Vila Mariana e Barra Funda, identificando necessidades e contribuindo para a resolução de problemas do dia a dia.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Gestão de RH ou áreas correlatas. Experiência com rotinas de Departamento Pessoal. Conhecimento de admissões, desligamentos, controle de ponto, férias e benefícios. Conhecimento básico da legislação trabalhista e familiaridade com Excel. Boa comunicação, organização, iniciativa, discrição e capacidade de lidar com informações confidenciais. Autonomia para priorizar demandas, acompanhar pendências e buscar soluções. DiferenciaisExperiência em empresas de pequeno ou médio porte, com atuação generalista. Vivência no relacionamento com contabilidade terceirizada e sistemas de controle de ponto.
