A Porte Contábil busca um(a) Coordenador(a) de Escrita Fiscal para liderar o departamento fiscal, garantindo a qualidade técnica das entregas, cumprimento dos prazos e bom atendimento aos clientes.

A posição terá atuação próxima ao time, acompanhamento as rotinas da área, orientando a equipe e contribuindo para melhoria dos processos internos.

Principais responsabilidades

1. Gestão da equipe: coordenar, orientar e desenvolver os profissionais do departamento fiscal, distribuindo atividades e acompanhando entregas e produtividade.

2. Gestão tributária: supervisionar a apuração de tributos municipais, estaduais e federais, considerando os diferentes regimes tributários, como Simples Nacional, Lucro Presumido e Lucro Real.

3. Obrigações acessórias: garantir a correta elaboração, revisão e entrega das declarações e obrigações fiscais, observando os prazos legais.

4. Revisão técnica: acompanhar e revisar os cálculos tributários, lançamentos fiscais, classificações fiscais e demais procedimentos realizados pela equipe.

5. Consultoria tributária: prestar suporte técnico aos clientes, orientar sobre legislação tributária, esclarecer dúvidas e avaliar impactos fiscais nas operações empresariais.

6. Melhoria de processos: identificar oportunidades de otimização das rotinas, padronização de procedimentos e melhoria da qualidade das entregas.

7. Acompanhamento de indicadores: monitorar prazos, produtividade, qualidade dos serviços e cumprimento dos níveis de serviço acordados com os clientes.

8. Atualização legislativa: acompanhar mudanças na legislação tributária e orientar a equipe quanto à aplicação das novas regras e procedimentos.

Requisitos:

· Ensino superior completo ou cursando em Ciências Contábeis, Administração ou áreas correlatas;

· Experiência sólida na área fiscal, preferencialmente em escritório contábil;

· Experiência com gestão ou coordenação de equipes;

· Domínio das rotinas fiscais e obrigações acessórias;

· Conhecimento dos principais regimes tributários;

· Capacidade de análise e interpretação da legislação tributária;

· Boa comunicação e habilidade para relacionamento com clientes;

· Organização e capacidade de gestão de prioridades e prazos;
