Estamos buscando um profissional com sólida experiência em projetos mecânicos para atuar no desenvolvimento completo de máquinas, desde a concepção e dimensionamento até o detalhamento, montagem e conclusão dos projetos.

Atividades: Desenvolver projetos mecânicos de máquinas, realizando modelagem, detalhamento, dimensionamento e documentação técnica. Conduzir os projetos do início à conclusão, com autonomia e responsabilidade pelas entregas. Elaborar listas de materiais e cadastrar materiais e estruturas de produtos no ERP. Realizar alinhamento dos projetos com as equipes de automação e sistemas. Acompanhar a montagem das máquinas, realizando ajustes e modificações nos projetos quando necessário. Prestar suporte técnico às equipes de produção e comercial. Desenvolver materiais e fornecedores, solicitar orçamentos e analisar custos de novos produtos. Garantir as informações técnicas necessárias para a fabricação. Dimensionar embalagens para transporte das máquinas.

Horário de trabalho: Segunda a sexta: 07h30 às 17h18.

Formação em Engenharia Mecânica ou Engenharia de Produção, com pós-graduação na área. Experiência de aproximadamente 6 anos em projetos mecânicos, preferencialmente com máquinas especiais. Domínio de SolidWorks. Conhecimento em leitura e interpretação de desenhos técnicos. Experiência com detalhamento mecânico e elaboração de listas de materiais (BOM). Conhecimento em processos de fabricação. Conhecimento em estruturação de produtos em ERP. Conhecimento em gestão de projetos. Conhecimento da NR-12. Perfil proativo, organizado, atento aos detalhes e com autonomia para tomada de decisões e resolução de problemas. Responsabilidade com projetos, prazos e qualidade. Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e se comunicar com diferentes áreas.
