Opis poslova:

  • Samostalno sudjeluje u organizaciji i realizaciji ugovorenih radova na gradilištu iz područja VIK-a, strojarstva i elektroinstalacija te koordinira aktivnosti iz svog djelokruga.
  • Redovito sudjeluje na tjednim koordinacijskim sastancima i sastancima vezanim uz realizaciju projekta.
  • Vodi građevinski dnevnik na dnevnoj/tjednoj razini što podrazumijeva pravodobno i uredno evidentiranje podataka o tijeku i izvedbi radova.
  • Izrađuje i obračunava mjesečne situacije na temelju izvedenih i ovjerenih količina prema podlozi koju je izradio administrator.
  • Prati terminski plan izvođenja ugovorenih radova te financijski plan realizacije gradilišta.
  • Izrađuje dokaznice izvedenih i ugrađenih količina te osigurava njihovu pravodobnu pripremu i dostavu na kontrolu i ovjeru.
  • Uz nadzor iskusnijeg inženjera provjerava tehničku dokumentaciju, specifikacije i zahtjeve za materijale i opremu te njihovu usklađenost s projektnom dokumentacijom.
  • Izrađuje materijalne analize potrebne za realizaciju ugovorenih radova na temelju čega utvrđuje potrebe za materijalom i opremom te izdaje nalog za njihovu nabavu u suradnji s Odjelom nabave.
  • Mjesečno prati potrošnju materijala i ugrađene količine opreme te uspoređuje s naručenim, zaprimljenim i utrošenim ili ugrađenim, a na temelju čega izrađuje izvještaj.
  • Provjerava usklađenost ulaznih računa s narudžbama i stvarno isporučenim materijalom i opremom, uključujući količine i ugovorene cijene, te ih ovjerava za daljnju obradu.
  • Priprema VTR-ove za radove i stavke koje nisu obuhvaćene ugovorom te priprema potrebne tehničke i obračunske podloge za kontrolu i odobrenje.
  • Prati prikupljanje i pravodobni unos potrebne dokumentacije u e-Dnevnik, uključujući ateste, zapisnike o tlačnim probama, ispitivanjima i drugu dokumentaciju potrebnu za tehnički pregled.
  • Priprema i prikuplja dokumentaciju potrebnu za završetak radova, zatvaranje gradilišta i tehnički pregled.
  • Nakon završetka gradilišta prati otklanjanje utvrđenih nedostataka tijekom garantnog roka te koordinira aktivnosti s odgovornim osobama.

Uvjeti:

  • kandidati/kandidatkinje građevinskog, strojarskog, elektrotehničkog ili odgovarajućeg usmjerenja.

  • Odgovara za pravodobno izvršavanje zadataka i rokova iz svog djelokruga.
  • Odgovara za točnost podataka o izvedenim radovima, materijalu i opremi koje prati i obrađuje.
  • Odgovara za pravodobno ukazivanje na uočena odstupanja i nedostatke u svom djelokrugu.
  • Odgovara za postupanje u skladu s projektnom dokumentacijom i internim pravilima.
