Confidencial.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSobre a vagaBuscamos uma pessoa para supervisionar o time de Suporte de TI, equilibrando a liderança da equipe com atuação técnica de perto nos casos mais complexos. Você será responsável por manter a operação de atendimento organizada e previsível, acompanhar indicadores, garantir a qualidade dos serviços e gerir o relacionamento com os fornecedores de TI.ResponsabilidadesLiderar e apoiar o time de suporte (atendimento remoto e presencial), distribuindo demandas, acompanhando prazos e desenvolvendo a equipe.Atuar tecnicamente em incidentes e requisições de maior complexidade e ser referência de resolução para o time.Gerir e aprimorar os processos de incidentes, requisições, problemas e catálogo de serviços, com base nas boas práticas de ITIL.Definir, acompanhar e reportar métricas e indicadores de atendimento (SLA, tempo de resolução, backlog, reincidência, satisfação), propondo ações de melhoria.Administrar e dar suporte avançado ao ambiente Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Teams e demais serviços).Diagnosticar e tratar problemas de rede de complexidade intermediária (Wi-Fi, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, conectividade).Gerir fornecedores de TI: acompanhar contratos e SLAs, solicitar e comparar cotações, negociar condições e participar das decisões de compra.Manter documentação, procedimentos e base de conhecimento atualizados.Comunicar status, riscos e resultados da operação para a liderança e para executivos de forma clara e objetiva.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatóriosGraduação em Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas afins.Experiência de 1 a 2 anos ou mais na liderança de equipes de suporte ou de TI.Experiência sólida em suporte técnico e no ambiente Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive e administração dos serviços).Conhecimento intermediário em redes (Wi-Fi, VLAN, DHCP, DNS e troubleshooting).Vivência prática com ITIL nas frentes de gestão de incidentes, requisições, problemas e catálogo de serviços.Experiência com acompanhamento de métricas e indicadores de atendimento.Experiência no relacionamento com fornecedores, incluindo acompanhamento de contratos, cotação e negociação.DiferenciaisConhecimento em Microsoft Intune e Autopilot.Experiência com ferramentas de gestão de chamados (ITSM), como o GLPI.Certificação ITIL (não obrigatória).Competências comportamentaisOrganização e disciplina de processos: mantém a rotina, as filas e a documentação em ordem e cobra o mesmo do time.Comunicação com executivos: traduz temas técnicos em informações claras para a liderança.Proatividade e senso de dono: antecipa problemas, assume responsabilidade pelos resultados e busca melhorias sem depender de demanda.
