Profissional responsável pelo planejamento financeiro e controladoria, atuando na elaboração e acompanhamento de orçamento, forecast, análises de resultados e indicadores financeiros. Será responsável por elaborar relatórios gerenciais, realizar projeções, acompanhar fluxo de caixa e apoiar a tomada de decisão estratégica por meio de análises financeiras e apresentações executivas.

Responsabilidades e atribuições ResponsabilidadesANALISTA DE FP&A / CONTROLADORIA PL:Desenvolver modelos financeiros para o planejamento estratégico da empresa, alinhando objetivos de curto e longo prazo com as metas financeiras.Participar do processo de elaboração e acompanhamento do orçamento anual, assim como Rolling Forecast, incluindo a análise de variações e proposição de ajustes necessários.Ter domínio técnico em balanço, DRE, projeções, análise de fluxo de caixa e valuation;Elaborar relatórios gerenciais, contábeis e financeiros para acompanhamento Real x Orçado.Preparar e realizar apresentações executivas, resumindo as principais métricas financeiras, riscos e oportunidades para a alta liderança.Analisar, interpretar e prever o desempenho financeiro, com foco na demonstração de resultados, balanço patrimonial e fluxo de caixa das unidades de negócios.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatório:Ensino Superior em Finanças, Contabilidade, Economia, Administração, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.Excel Avançado;Domínio de inglêsDiferencial: Conhecimento em EspanholConhecer ferramentas analíticas e linguagens de programação (SQL, Python), sistemas SAP e EPM Oracle.
