Empresa consolidada em seu segmento, em momento de crescimento e desenvolvimento de suas operações, busca profissional para integrar sua equipe.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesControlar a localização e o status de toda a frota (locado, disponível, em manutenção, em trânsito e baixado), por pátio e por obra, mantendo os sistemas sempre atualizados;Acompanhar e registrar as entradas, saídas e transferências de equipamentos entre pátios e obras;Analisar e criticar os termos de carregamento e devolução (locação e venda), garantindo que reflitam corretamente as condições e as datas de cada movimentação;Atuar junto às áreas de Contratos e Faturamento na conciliação entre movimentações e contratos, identificando equipamentos utilizados e não faturados e períodos de locação incorretos;Emitir notas fiscais de saída e retorno de equipamentos;Realizar inventários periódicos (físicos e sistêmicos) em pátios e obras, tratando as divergências encontradas;Monitorar a disponibilidade da frota para apoiar o planejamento de novas locações;Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e indicadores de taxa de ocupação, giro da frota, inventário, perdas e movimentações;Realizar visitas a pátios e obras sempre que necessário.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em curso ou completa em Logística, Administração, Engenharia ou áreas afins; Pelo menos 2 anos de experiência em empresa de locação de equipamentos ou máquinas, com controle de frota ou movimentação de equipamentos; Pacote Office intermediário/avançado; Disponibilidade para viagens.
