Se você busca desafios e um ambiente inclusivo, diverso e estimulante, essa é a oportunidade certa para decolar na sua carreira!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesOs desafios que aguardam por você no próximo destino são:Construir o orçamento e o Forecast de manutenção de Hangar e Oficinas, utilizando dados históricos de mão de obra, materiais e serviços;Realizar o acompanhamento e controle orçamentário, analisando custos e resultados;Apoiar estudos de precificação e propostas comerciais por meio de dados e indicadores;Desenvolver análises e relatórios para suporte às decisões estratégicas da liderança;Desenvolver e manter dashboards e soluções analíticas em Power BI;Desenvolver e sustentar rotinas automatizadas de ETL utilizando Python e SQL;Automatizar processos e fluxos de informação utilizando ferramentas Microsoft 365;Aplicar recursos de Inteligência Artificial no desenvolvimento de análises, automações e soluções para a área;Elaborar apresentações executivas e materiais gerenciais;Apoiar iniciativas de melhoria contínua, contribuindo para a otimização de processos e resultados.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesNão pode faltar em sua bagagem:Ensino Superior completo em Engenharia, Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência de Dados, Estatística, Matemática ou áreas correlatas;Experiência com análise de dados;Experiência com Power BI, incluindo modelagem de dados, Power Query e DAX;Conhecimento em Python e SQL para tratamento, análise, automação e modelagem de dados;Conhecimento em Power Automate, Microsoft Forms e ferramentas Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive e Teams);Excel avançado;Vivência com ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial aplicadas à análise de dados, automação e desenvolvimento de soluções;Inglês intermediário para leitura e interpretação de documentação técnica.

Será um diferencial se você tiver:

Conhecimento em manutenção aeronáutica ou ambiente MRO;Conhecimento em orçamento, custos e Forecast;Experiência com Git e Power Apps;Conhecimento em metodologias de melhoria contínua, como Lean, Kaizen e A3;Pós-graduação, MBA ou especialização em andamento ou concluída.
