Buscamos um(a) Analista de Marketing Pleno para atuar de forma estratégica na área de Trade Marketing, fortalecendo o relacionamento com canais de vendas, corretores parceiros e áreas internas, contribuindo para os resultados do negócio.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais atividades:Liderar a execução de campanhas e ativações de Trade Marketing, assegurando excelência operacional e eficiência na gestão de recursos;Atuar em parceria com as equipes comerciais para desenvolver ações que impulsionem resultados e fortaleçam o relacionamento com parceiros;Coordenar o desenvolvimento de materiais promocionais e de comunicação, desde o briefing até a entrega final;Gerenciar o relacionamento com fornecedores e parceiros estratégicos, garantindo qualidade, prazo e custo-benefício;Controlar investimentos e acompanhar processos administrativos relacionados às iniciativas da área;Garantir a execução bem-sucedida de eventos e ações presenciais, zelando pela experiência planejada;Avaliar o desempenho das ações por meio de indicadores e análises de resultados;Acompanhar múltiplos projetos simultaneamente, monitorando cronogramas, riscos e entregas;Apoiar o planejamento anual de Trade Marketing, propondo novas oportunidades e iniciativas para ampliar resultados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesHabilidades:Ensino superior completo;Experiência profissional em Trade Marketing, Marketing, Eventos ou áreas correlatas;Atuação na implementação e acompanhamento de campanhas, ativações e eventos;Conhecimento em relacionamento e gestão de fornecedores e parceiros;Experiência no acompanhamento de orçamento e no suporte à gestão de projetos;Capacidade de análise de indicadores de desempenho e resultados de ações de Marketing e Trade Marketing;Conhecimento intermediário em ferramentas do pacote Office, com foco em Excel e PowerPoint.Diferenciais:Conhecimento em ferramentas de criação e apresentação, como Canva;Comportamentos:Planejamento e organização;Proatividade e senso de protagonismo;Dinamismo e responsabilidade com prazos e entregas;Excelente comunicação oral e escrita;Capacidade de negociação e influência;Pensamento criativo aplicado aos desafios do negócio;Resolução de problemas e tomada de decisão;Flexibilidade e adaptação a novos contextos;Trabalho em equipe e colaboração entre áreas;Orientação para resultados e melhoria contínua.Informações adicionaisModelo de Trabalho: Híbrido Local de Trabalho: Recife/PEBenefícios:Vale-transporte VR ou VA Assistência médica Assistência odontológica Seguro de vida Auxílio funeral PPR (Programa de Participação nos Resultados) Wellhub Zenklub Licença Parental estendida / Adoção Reconhecimento por tempo de casa Universidade Corporativa Parcerias com instituições de ensino Auxílio para home office
