Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar testes e ensaios em amostras de produtos, utilizando equipamentos, instrumentos e vidrarias específicas, a fim de avaliar suas características e fornecer resultados que subsidiem o controle da qualidade e a identificação de possíveis correções no processo produtivo.Realizar a coleta manual de amostras de arames em pontos específicos da fábrica, conforme horários preestabelecidos, recolhendo os materiais disponibilizados pelos Operadores de Produção e encaminhando-os ao laboratório para a realização de ensaios físico-químicos.Registrar as não conformidades identificadas durante as análises, por meio do preenchimento dos formulários específicos, e solicitar a identificação e o bloqueio dos materiais nos controles físicos e sistêmicos, incluindo o SAP, conforme os procedimentos internos.Identificar as Unidades Comerciais (UCs) pares e solicitar a realização de retestes para verificar a conformidade dos materiais.
