Como Assistente Técnico de Ofertas, o responsável atuará no núcleo de desenvolvimento técnico-comercial para grandes projetos de energia renovável (Eólica e Solar) e sistemas de armazenamento (BESS). Buscamos o equilíbrio entre a competência técnica e o fit cultural com valores tradicionais.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesElaborar propostas técnicas e comerciais sólidas e competitivas para projetos de Usinas Fotovoltaicas, Eólicas e BESS.Consolidar e organizar a documentação técnica necessária para a formatação e apresentação das ofertas ao mercado.Realizar orçamentos, cotações de suprimentos, preenchimento de planilhas de formação de preços e estruturação de BOQs.Executar análises comparativas de preços, garantindo a viabilidade e competitividade das soluções propostas.Atuar como o ponto central de interface e controle de informações entre a engenharia, suprimentos, área comercial e parceiros externos.Conduzir análises minuciosas das documentações de clientes e fornecedores para o correto mapeamento de riscos técnicos e comerciais.Estruturar cronogramas, matrizes de responsabilidade e apoiar o desenvolvimento de estratégias de execução de contratos EPC.Prestar suporte direto em negociações técnicas e comerciais com players nacionais e internacionais.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino Superior completo ou em andamento em Engenharia (Elétrica, Civil, Energia, Produção, Mecânica ou áreas correlatas).Conhecimento e/ou vivência prática no desenvolvimento de projetos ligados a energia solar, eólica, subestações ou linhas de transmissão.Capacidade para leitura e interpretação de desenhos e documentação técnica; modelagem de custos e elaboração de CAPEX; domínio intermediário do Pacote Office e vivência com MS Project.Espanhol e Inglês serão considerados grandes diferenciais.Experiência robusta em projetos EPC e familiaridade com a dinâmica de contratos turnkey. Conhecimento do mercado de energia, vivência internacional e domínio de ferramentas específicas como CAD, PVsyst e PVcas serão considerados grandes diferenciais.
