Responsabilidades e atribuições Definir e executar a estratégia comercial, alinhada aos objetivos de crescimento da empresa.Liderar e desenvolver coordenadores, gerentes, corretores e equipes comerciais.Estruturar e fortalecer os canais de vendas, incluindo imobiliárias e corretores parceiros.Integrar as estratégias comerciais às ações de marketing e pré-vendas (SDR).Acompanhar metas, indicadores de desempenho, funil de vendas e resultados comerciais.Desenvolver planos de ação para ampliar a conversão e melhorar a performance das equipes.Analisar o mercado, identificar oportunidades e acompanhar a concorrência.Elaborar relatórios e dashboards gerenciais para apoiar decisões estratégicas.Contribuir para a expansão da operação comercial no Interior de São Paulo e no Sul de Minas.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Marketing, Engenharia, Economia ou áreas correlatas.Pós-graduação ou MBA em Gestão de Negócios, Gestão Comercial, Marketing, Estratégia ou áreas correlatas.Experiência sólida em liderança comercial no mercado imobiliário.Experiência na gestão de gestores e equipes comerciais, com responsabilidade por metas e resultados.Vivência na estruturação de estratégias comerciais, expansão de mercado e desenvolvimento de canais de vendas.Experiência com planejamento comercial, indicadores de desempenho, análise de resultados e gestão de funil de vendas.Capacidade de negociação, visão estratégica e tomada de decisão orientada por dados.Habilidade para desenvolver lideranças, engajar equipes e impulsionar resultados.Disponibilidade para atuação no Interior de São Paulo e Sul de Minas.
