Indústria de transformação Americana, busca Gerente de Conformidade Farmacêutica para atuar em seu laboratório em Goiânia para Garantir que todas as atividades da empresa estejam em conformidade com as legislações, regulamentações e diretrizes aplicáveis à indústria farmacêutica, promovendo uma cultura de ética, integridade e qualidade. Responsável por desenvolver, implementar e monitorar programas de compliance, mitigando riscos regulatórios e assegurando o cumprimento das exigências de órgãos reguladores nacionais e internacionais.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver, implementar e manter o Programa de Conformidade Farmacêutica da organização.Assegurar aderência às normas da ANVISA, Código de Conduta da empresa, políticas corporativas e regulamentações aplicáveis ao setor farmacêutico.Monitorar alterações regulatórias e avaliar os impactos para o negócio.Atuar como ponto focal para inspeções, auditorias internas e externas relacionadas à conformidade.Desenvolver, revisar e atualizar políticas, procedimentos operacionais padrão (POPs) e controles internos.Conduzir avaliações de riscos de compliance e elaborar planos de mitigação.Coordenar investigações internas relacionadas a potenciais desvios, não conformidades ou violações de políticas.Acompanhar atividades promocionais, interações com profissionais de saúde, associações médicas e terceiros para garantir conformidade regulatória.Liderar treinamentos periódicos sobre ética, compliance, anticorrupção e requisitos regulatórios.Atuar em parceria com as áreas de Assuntos Regulatórios, Qualidade, Jurídico, Recursos Humanos, Farmacovigilância, Medical Affairs e Comercial.Estabelecer indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) e elaborar relatórios executivos sobre a efetividade do programa de compliance.Gerenciar processos de due diligence de fornecedores, distribuidores, consultores e parceiros comerciais.Apoiar a implementação de ações corretivas e preventivas decorrentes de auditorias e inspeções.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em Farmácia, Química, Biomedicina, Administração, Direito ou áreas correlatasPós-graduação ou MBA em Compliance, Gestão da Qualidade, Assuntos Regulatórios, Gestão de Riscos ou áreas afins será considerada diferencial

Experiência sólida em Compliance, Qualidade, Assuntos Regulatórios ou Auditoria na indústria farmacêutica.Vivência em implementação e gestão de programas de compliance corporativo.Experiência com auditorias regulatórias e processos de investigação interna.Atuação em ambientes multinacionais será considerada diferencial.
