O profissional executará de alta complexidade por meio do uso de ferramentas de melhoria contínua e a metodologia PMBOK para atender às necessidades críticas dos negócios, com o objetivo de aprimorar os processos, reduzir custos e possibilitar o crescimento acelerado dos negócios.Liderar e apoiar múltiplos projetos de melhoria e transformação de processos, acompanhar as melhorias, garantir o controle e avanço dos projetos, medir e divulgar resultados. Avaliar e identificar riscos e barreiras para atingir os objetivos definidos e propor soluções.
