Garantir a eficiência e a produtividade dos serviços de limpeza urbana, por meio do planejamento, controle e otimização das operações, gestão de equipes e acompanhamento de indicadores, assegurando o cumprimento das metas, a qualidade dos serviços e a redução de custos.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejar e desenvolver metodologias para a execução dos serviços de limpeza urbana, visando à otimização dos processos e ao cumprimento das normas aplicáveis.Acompanhar e controlar a execução dos serviços, assegurando o cumprimento do planejamento estabelecido.Realizar estudos de viabilidade econômica, identificando oportunidades de melhoria, mitigação de riscos e aumento de produtividade.Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e apresentar resultados à liderança, subsidiando a avaliação dos processos e a tomada de decisões estratégicas.Promover a melhoria contínua dos processos e o acompanhamento dos indicadores de desempenho.Conduzir reuniões periódicas com lideranças operacionais para análise de resultados e definição de planos de ação.Desenvolver estudos de dimensionamento e reorganização operacional dos serviços, visando ao aumento da produtividade e à otimização de custos.Apoiar a gestão das equipes, orientando a execução das atividades, estabelecendo prioridades e acompanhando prazos e resultados.Coordenar as atividades relacionadas ao tráfego e ao monitoramento operacional por GPS.Gerir a alocação da mão de obra, considerando férias, afastamentos, substituições, plantões e folgas.Manter o relacionamento institucional com a contratante, munícipes e demais partes interessadas.Zelar pela conservação dos equipamentos, ferramentas, EPIs, uniformes e demais recursos disponibilizados para a execução dos serviços.Executar outras atividades correlatas à função.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesNecessário experiência em cargos de supervisão operacional;Necessário Ensino Superior Completo;Necessário Pacote Office Intermediário/Avançado;Necessário disponibilidade de horário.
