Profissional responsável por exercer a liderança técnica da agenda de Sustentabilidade do grupo, atuando como referência na análise e tradução de desafios socioambientais e climáticos em riscos, oportunidades, estratégias, projetos e recomendações para o negócio e para a Alta Liderança. Atuará na governança e no desempenho ESG, na gestão de indicadores e compromissos, no desenvolvimento de iniciativas de impacto socioambiental e na condução de análises técnicas e sistêmicas que subsidiem decisões estratégicas

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar iniciativas relacionadas à sustentabilidade e ESG;Estruturar e acompanhar indicadores, metas e compromissos socioambientais;Conduzir estudos e projetos voltados à gestão ambiental, mudanças climáticas e biodiversidade;Coordenar inventários de gases de efeito estufa e apoiar estratégias climáticas;Atuar na governança ESG, elaborando análises e reportes para a Alta Liderança;Avaliar oportunidades, riscos e tendências regulatórias relacionadas ao setor agro e logística;Coordenar estudos ambientais em propriedades rurais, incluindo iniciativas de conservação e RPPNs.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior em Gestão Ambiental, Administração, Engenharias, Economia, Biologia ou áreas correlatas;Experiência sólida em Sustentabilidade/ESG;Conhecimento em frameworks ESG (TCFD, SBTi, ODS, CDP e correlatos);Experiência com gestão de projetos, mudanças climáticas e análise de dados;Domínio de Excel e PowerPoint;Visão sistêmica, pensamento analítico e capacidade de influenciar e engajar stakeholders.Informações adicionais Conhecimentos Desejáveis / Diferenciais:

Unidades de Conservação e Reservas Particulares do Patrimônio Natural (RPPNs);Gestão ambiental de propriedades rurais e interface com atividades florestais e agrícolas;Certificações e requisitos socioambientais aplicáveis ao setor agro, como Rainforest Alliance, C.A.F.E. Practices, EUDR e outros;Geoprocessamento e interpretação de mapas e diagnósticos ambientais;Economia Circular;Experiência com sustentabilidade aplicada a propriedades rurais, gestão patrimonial ou contexto de Family Office.
