Ihre Aufgaben

Führung \& Teamentwicklung: Sie führen, motivieren und entwickeln Ihr Team und fördern eine positive Zusammenarbeit.Verkauf \& Kundenerlebnis: Sie begeistern unsere Kundschaft mit persönlicher Beratung und hoher Servicequalität.Umsatz \& Performance: Sie verantworten die Umsatzziele, analysieren Kennzahlen und setzen Verkaufsförderungsmassnahmen um.Organisation \& Abläufe: Sie steuern den Boutique\-Betrieb, den Personaleinsatz sowie Bestellungen und Warenbewirtschaftung.Warenpräsentation \& Qualität: Sie sichern eine attraktive Produktpräsentation und die Einhaltung der Qualitäts\- und Hygienestandards.Saisonale Highlights: Sie planen und begleiten die Hochsaison, insbesondere Weihnachten und Ostern.

Ihr Profil

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Detailhandel, idealerweise im Premium\-Food\-, Confiserie\- oder Chocolaterie\-BereichFührungserfahrung und Freude an der Förderung von MitarbeitendenAusgeprägte Verkaufs\- und Kundenorientierung sowie Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche KennzahlenOrganisationstalent, Eigeninitiative und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte ArbeitsweiseLeidenschaft für hochwertige Produkte und ansprechende WarenpräsentationSehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
