Ab dem 01\. Februar 2027 suchen wir eine erfahrene Filialleitung für unsere Filiale im Zentrum Witikon.

In dieser Position tragen Sie die Verantwortung für den erfolgreichen Betrieb des Laden\- und der Restaurationsbereichs und repräsentieren die Werte der Confiserie Honold. Sie führen Ihr Team von ca. 7 Mitarbeitenden und einer Lernenden mit Kompetenz und , sorgen für exzellenten Service und schaffen ein Einkaufserlebnis, das unsere Kundschaft beeindruckt. Mit Ihrer unternehmerischen Denkweise entwickeln Sie die Filiale kontinuierlich weiter und setzen verkaufsfördernde Massnahmen erfolgreich um. Ihr zukünftiges Aufgabengebiet:

  • Operative und personelle Führung der Filiale im Zentrum Witikon
  • Sicherstellung eines exzellenten Kundenservice und erstklassiger Beratungsqualität
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft im Verkauf und Service
  • Umsetzung und Kontrolle verkaufsfördernder Massnahmen
  • Personalplanung, Einsatzplanung und Mitarbeiterführung
  • Praxisbildung und Begleitung der Lernenden
  • Warenbewirtschaftung, Bestellwesen und Lagerverwaltung
  • Verantwortung für Kassenwesen und korrekte Abrechnungen
  • Sicherstellung unserer hohen Qualitäts\- und Hygienestandards
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Verkaufsleitung, anderen Filialen sowie der Produktion

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Detailhandel (Bäckerei/Konditorei/Confiserie) oder als Restaurationsfachperson \- idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Führungsbereich
  • Mehrjährige Berufs\- und Führungserfahrung im Verkauf/Service
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch und/oder weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Freude an Verantwortung
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs\- und Sozialkompetenz
  • Professionelles, gepflegtes Auftreten und stilvolle Umgangsformen
  • Freude am persönlichen Kundenkontakt und an hochwertigen Genussprodukten
  • Engagiert, zuverlässig, organisationsstark und teamorientiert
