In unserer Manufaktur in Dietikon suchen wir für die Abteilung Feinbäckerei ab 01\. November 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine\n erfahrene\n, motivierte\n und engagierte\n

Was du bei uns bewegst

Du arbeitest in unserer Feinbäckerei in unserer Manufaktur in Dietikon und stellst im Team in sorgfältiger Handarbeit unsere beliebten Hefe\- und Blätterteigprodukte her. Dein Stammposten in der Feinbäckerei ist die Frühschicht mit Arbeitsbeginn um 04\.00 oder 05\.00 und Arbeitsende zwischen 13\.00 und 14\.00 . Dank deines Interesses und deiner Flexibilität unterstützt du bei Bedarf auch das Gesamtteam in anderen Posten, beispielsweise in der Spätschicht oder am Anschlagposten. In der Hochsaison sind zudem Samstageinsätze möglich.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Handwerkliche Anfertigung unserer Hefe\- und Blätterteigprodukte
  • Herstellung unserer diversen Kleinbrote
  • Anfertigung unserer Saisonartikel wie z.B. Weihnachtsstollen und Osterprodukte
  • Sorgfältige Verarbeitung hochwertiger Rohstoffe nach unsren bewährten Rezepturen
  • Sicherstellung unsere hohen Qualitäts\- und Hygienestandards
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im abwechslungsreichen Tagesgeschäft der Feinbäckerei
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung unserer Produkte und Herstellungsprozesse

Was wir uns wünschen

  • Lehrabschluss als Bäcker\-Konditor\*in EFZ oder EBA
  • Freude an deinem erlernten Beruf sowie an Arbeiten im Team
  • Eine exakte und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise sowie Belastbarkeit auch in hektischen Situationen
  • Eine offene und kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit guter körperlicher Verfassung, handwerklichem Geschick
  • Mobilität und Flexibilität
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B
  • PC Kenntnisse
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
