Vous participerez à :

L’animation d’un projet IT (outil collaboratif) qui met à disposition de l’information opérationnelle au réseau de magasin : à l’interface des utilisateurs (réseau) et des fonctions supports

· Construction, suivi et pilotage de la feuille de route de l’outil (amélioration continue)

· Production de contenu (actualités, sondages, challenges) / paramétrages simples de l’outil

· Aide au traitement des demandes d’amélioration / incidents

· Accompagnement des utilisateurs / directions qui utilisent l’outil

L'animation de chantiers/projets transverses à destination du réseau de magasin :

· Participer à la rédaction d’une feuille de route et animer sa déclination opérationnelle

· Participer à la construction des différents supports d’animation (ateliers, présentations, comités, expression de besoin, compte-rendu)

· Suivre et animer la mise en place des actions des parties prenantes

· Être force de proposition pour améliorer les outils, les animations, les process...

Vous participerez également aux missions courantes du service :

· Préparation des comités /réunions de service

· Traitement des demandes exploitation concernant d’autres projets/sujets

Qualifications

Étudiant(e) en master en cours de formation en gestion de projet – Tous rythmes d’alternance acceptés, durée souhaitée : contrat de 2 ans
