Description du poste

Vous êtes un/une professionnel(le) de terrain, proche de vos équipes, avec le sens du commerce. Et si vous deveniez Directeur(trice) de l’un de nos magasins CONFORAMA ?

Votre quotidien chez Conforama :

  • Développer des rapports de proximité avec vos clients.
  • Animer votre équipe.
  • Optimiser les résultats et la performance de votre magasin.
  • Piloter et déployer l’ensemble des activités de votre centre de profit en respectant les procédures et les orientations de la stratégie commerciale.
  • Garantir la sécurité des biens et des personnes.

Qualifications

Ce qui va nous attirer :

De formation commerciale, vous avez une expérience confirmée dans la gestion commerciale et managériale d’un établissement idéalement acquise dans le secteur de la distribution.

Vous êtes exemplaire dans l’action, avec le sens du résultat et du service client.
