• Informer et conseiller les clients sur les services Conforama et les offres du moment, • Gérer les remboursements et les demandes spécifiques avec réactivité et professionnalisme, • Encaisser avec fluidité et efficacité, tout en garantissant une expérience agréable.

Qualifications

Fort d’une première expérience, vous avez acquis des compétences sur un poste équivalent idéalement en grande distribution :

• Vous êtes passionné par la relation client et appréciez le travail en équipe, • Dynamique et réactif, vous savez vous adapter rapidement aux situations, • Ouvert et souriant, vous instaurez facilement un climat convivial avec vos interlocuteurs, • Polyvalent et rigoureux, vous prenez à cœur chaque mission avec sérieux et efficacité.
