Description du poste

Rattaché(e) à la Category Manager, l’assistant(e) Category Manager a pour principales missions d’accompagner les équipes achats dans la définition de la Stratégie d’Offre. Il/elle veille également à s’informer sur les évolutions du marché et les attentes des consommateurs et de nos clients.

Vos principales missions seront :

  • Accompagner la définition de l’offre et la construction du Plan d’animation commerciale
  • Suivi et analyse des indicateurs de performance des catégories, produits et marques (CA, marges, PDM…),
  • Veille concurrence : niveau de prix, innovation, recommandation de nouveaux produits à développer, visite magasin (allocation de surface, mise en avant merchandising)
  • Créer les outils et documents nécessaires pour s’assurer du bon niveau d’information entre la direction commerciale, le marketing opérationnel, et merchandising

Qualifications

Vous êtes étudiant(e) en Ecole de Commerce, IAE, à l'Université ou équivalent

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre autonomie, rigueur et sens de l’analyse.

Une première expérience de 6 mois, idéalement sur une fonction similaire, serait fortement appréciée.

Connaissance du secteur du retail souhaitée et appétence pour l’univers de la maison et de la décoration.
