  • Intervenir sur une zone géographique dédiée, ici CHAUMONT
  • Assurer en toute autonomie les réparations des produits blanc chez les clients,
  • Offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle lors des interventions à domicile.

Au quotidien, pour réaliser votre mission vous disposez :

  • D’une voiture de service,
  • De la mise à disposition des pièces détachées directement dans votre véhicule pour vos réparations,
  • D’outils informatiques : tablette, smartphone, outils constructeurs, matériel innovant.

Qualifications

L’expérience client, c’est votre terrain de jeu !

Fort d’une première expérience en réparation du GEM, vous savez rimer entre rigueur et proximité.

  • Vous êtes passionné par le service client,
  • Dynamique et réactif, vous savez vous adapter rapidement aux situations,
  • Ouvert et souriant, vous instaurez facilement un climat convivial avec nos clients,
  • Polyvalent et rigoureux, vous prenez à cœur chaque intervention avec sérieux et efficacité.
