The posting

Conforma NV, een farmaceutisch bedrijf in volle expansie, is op zoek naar een deeltijdse Junior Medewerker Strategische Aankoop met een chemische achtergrond om ons aankoopteam te versterken. Onze kernactiviteiten zijn de productie en verpakking van vloeibare en half-vaste geneesmiddelen en medical devices. We zijn gelegen in Destelbergen en zijn een internationale speler met een sterke focus op innovatie en kwaliteit.

Taken

· Je gaat internationaal op zoek naar alternatieve leveranciers van grondstoffen, met als doel de aankoopkosten te optimaliseren en de bevoorradingszekerheid te verhogen.

· Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten:

· Nieuwe, internationale leveranciers identificeren en contacteren.

· Specificaties en kwaliteitsdocumentatie beoordelen en vergelijken met de bestaande vereisten.

· Technische afwijkingen analyseren en de mogelijke impact ervan inschatten.

· Offertes aanvragen, prijzen vergelijken en opportuniteiten voor kostenbesparingen identificeren.

· Alternatieve leveranciers onderzoeken en bijdragen aan een betere spreiding van bevoorradingsrisico's (dual/multiple sourcing).

· Je bevindingen documenteren en onderbouwde aanbevelingen formuleren.

· Alle communicatie met de internationale leveranciers verloopt in het Engels.

· Je hebt een diploma in chemie, toegepaste chemie, chemische technologie of een vergelijkbare richting.

· Je kunt chemische specificaties en parameters interpreteren.

· Je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig, kritisch en commercieel ingesteld.

· Je neemt initiatief en gaat graag zelfstandig op zoek naar informatie en oplossingen.

· Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en professioneel in het Engels.

· Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office.

· Je communiceert vlot en professioneel in het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

· Ervaring in aankoop is geen vereiste. We bieden ook starters de kans om hun technische kennis te combineren met internationale sourcing en strategische aankoop.
