Als Projektleiter steuerst du abwechslungsreiche Kundenprojekte von der Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung. Du verbindest Fachbereiche, IT und weitere Stakeholder, schaffst Orientierung und sorgst dafür, dass Termine, Budget, Qualität und Ressourcen im Einklang bleiben.

Das bewegst du bei uns

* Du leitest anspruchsvolle Kundenprojekte in der Finanzindustrie oder in der öffentlichen Verwaltung – von der Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung.

* Du planst und steuerst Transformationen, regulatorische Vorhaben, Prozessoptimierungen und Digitalisierungsprojekte und verantwortest dabei Termine, Budget, Qualität und Ressourcen.

* Du führst interdisziplinäre Projektteams, koordinierst Kunden, Partner und weitere Stakeholder und moderierst Workshops, Meetings und Steering Committees souverän.

* Du übernimmst Verantwortung für deine Projekte, erkennst Chancen und Risiken frühzeitig und bringst tragfähige Lösungen selbstständig voran.

* Du arbeitest eng im Team und gestaltest unsere Beratungsdienstleistungen und Projektmanagement\-Standards aktiv mit.

Das bringst du mit

* Einen Abschluss auf HF\- oder FH\-Stufe in Betriebswirtschaft, Finance, Banking, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung anspruchsvoller Projekte, idealerweise in der Finanzindustrie oder in der öffentlichen Verwaltung sowie ein gutes IT\-Verständnis

* Praxis mit klassischen und/oder agilen Projektmanagement\-Methoden; Weiterbildungen oder Zertifizierungen wie SAFe, Scrum, HERMES oder IPMA sind ein Plus

* Die Fähigkeit, fachliche, regulatorische und technische Anforderungen zu strukturieren, in umsetzbare Pläne zu überführen und unterschiedliche Interessen zusammenzubringen

* Souveränes Auftreten, klare adressatengerechte Kommunikation und eine selbstständige, lösungs\- und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Stilsicheres Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse; weitere Landessprachen sind willkommen
