Zur Verstärkung unserer Geschäftsleitung suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine unternehmerisch denkende, umsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit als Leiter/\\-in IT und Logistik (m/w/d \\\| 80 \\- 100%) Deine Aufgaben \* Du führst unsere vier Logistikmitarbeitenden und steuerst externe Dienstleister \* Du stellst den stabilen, sicheren Betrieb unserer IT\\-Systemlandschaft sicher und entwickelst diese kontinuierlich weiter \* Du analysierst, optimierst und digitalisierst operative Prozesse -- insbesondere in der Lagerbewirtschaftung \* Du verantwortest die Lagerbewirtschaftung, Bestandsführung und Warenbewegungen und sorgst für effiziente und zuverlässige Abläufe \* Du stellst die Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Qualitätsmanagements sowie die Einhaltung der Datenschutzanforderungen sicher \* Du treibst die Weiterentwicklung unseres Webshops voran und koordinierst die dafür notwendigen technischen und organisatorischen Massnahmen \* Du packst bei Bedarf selbst mit an und übernimmst bei Abwesenheiten die operative Lagerbewirtschaftung Dein Profil \* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung auf Stufe HF/FH in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Logistik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation \* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der IT, Logistik sowie in der Prozessoptimierung \* Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden, idealerweise im Logistikumfeld \* Erfahrung in der Analyse, Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Geschäftsprozessen \* Gute Kenntnisse im Betrieb, in der Weiterentwicklung von IT\\-Systemen und in der Projektleitung \* Kenntnisse für operative Umsetzung in QM, Datenschutz und IT\\-Sicherheit \* Unternehmerische Denkweise sowie die Fähigkeit, strategische Themen pragmatisch, eigenständig und hands\\-on umzusetzen \* Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse, Französisch und/oder Englisch sind ein Plus Was dich erwartet \* Eine vielseitige Schlüsselposition mit Einsitz in der neuen Geschäftsleitung und direktem Einfluss auf die Weiterentwicklung unseres Unternehmens \* Ein breites Aufgabengebiet mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum \* Flache Hierarchien mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen und der Möglichkeit, eigene Ideen umzusetzen \* Ein kollegiales KMU\\-Umfeld, in dem Eigeninitiative, pragmatische Lösungen und Zusammenarbeit zählen Haben wir dein Interesse an unserer Stelle geweckt?
